   • Developed a Python risk-flagging tool that identifies clients at elevated risk of liver cirrhosis from blood tests and treatment data (substance use, injecting history, homelessness), reducing unnecessary FibroScan referrals by 22%
   • Built a Power Apps canvas app with SharePoint for FibroScan appointment tracking when the case management system (CMS) equivalent was over a year away, delivering it in 3 weeks; now used by all clinical staff in the service
   • Delivered Power BI dashboards on CMS and Google Sheets data, used by 60+ managers across 8 services to track clinical and prescribing reviews, discharges and drop-out risk, contributing to a 35% improvement in client retention
   • Automated review emails to every We Are With You service with Power Automate, and piloted Google Apps Script blood-borne virus testing reminders in Google Chat, successfully trialled in Wigan ahead of wider roll-out
